Because Music Changes Everything.

America is a traitor to itself..and its promises in the founding documents. As epic as the idea of this country is, it has failed to live up to what it claims to be on paper for most citizens.

AMERICA IS YET TO BE.

The founding documents are an invitation. We plan to RSVP.

Historically, it has always been the artists, (writers, painters, playwrights, poets or musicians) that have given voice to the people. In a time when the media is driven by political agendas and ad sales, and politicians are more invested in votes than service, the people cannot find a place where their genuine voice is amplified. TRAITOR - A STORY OF PATRIOTS is a media platform that aims to do just that.

It is our belief that the radicalized left and right, who are the 7% that drive the political rhetoric for the rest of the 93%, are made up of people who have legitimate feelings based on generations of disappointments about very real government corruption and being left out, and are being manipulated and misled by people in power who also have agendas, that most ironically, will only make things worse for the discontented citizens. However, we do not aim to fix our government. Instead, we are taking our bet on the fact that the true American Spirit is still here, alive and well in this country, and we need only give it the mic in order to hear its radical love letter to humanity again about its undying commitment to freedom, truth and equality.

In order to do this, we must make sure we go get every American, including those forgotten in our past. As we pull on our ancestral threads and acknowledge how we have fallen short of the promises in our founding documents, just like MLK said, we invite America to finally become what it says it is on paper. But first, the people must know they are heard, and then they must be invited to speak. TRAITOR - A STORY OF PATRIOTS fulfills this objective through the most powerful art form we have - MUSIC.

America has never relied on its leaders to define us. The United States has always been a country focused on “the people” and birthed its very genesis out of a cry for more representation. And so, today, we invite all the artists and true leaders of the people’s movement to come together and speak - so the people can take a stand once again - and run this country.

Just like The Constitution says…
